About Atrium
Atrium Performance exists because performance under pressure is all that matters. Delivering fast and accurate hits on target consistently is the universal goal regardless of your context and application. We train shooters to build skill that holds up under pressure, through tested performance. It doesn't matter if you're carrying concealed, carrying on duty, or competing, the goal is the same -
Speed, Accuracy, and Consistency.

Justin Anderson
Founder/Lead Instructor
Justin Anderson is the founder of Atrium and a USPSA Grandmaster competitive shooter with multiple state titles and a top 15 Nationals finish. Justin has been shooting guns for most of his life, but started down the path of training when he began carrying concealed. He wanted to be a capable protector, but it didn't take long to realize that most training didn't actually make people better at shooting, let alone executing it under pressure. Competitive shooting is what changed that for him. It gave him a framework to measure and test his performance in practical ways that directly translate to real-world capability. He shot his first match in 2020, and was instantly hooked. Now he actively competes in the largest pistol and rifle matches all cross the country.
Justin has had the opportunity to train under the highest level instructors in the industry, spanning from members of the Special Operations community to Multi-World Champions such as Eric Grauffel and JJ Racaza. With over 200 hours of formal instruction, Justin is continually developing himself to the highest levels of performance.
Justin began teaching locally in 2021 and went on to teach for Gateway Defense in 2023 . He later taught for Midwest Shooting Center as their Lead Instructor and Training Manager, helping develop and run their training programs. Now he teaches under his own company Atrium Performance training shooters all across the country to achieve the next level of performance.
